Personal training at k2o is fully customized and coach-led. Sessions are designed around you — your goals, your experience, your body, and where you’re at right now. Whether you’re new to fitness, working around an injury, or wanting more focused support, your coach adjusts everything to make sure the session works for you.
What a PT session actually looks like
Your coach starts by figuring out where you're at — strength, mobility, experience, what hurts and what doesn't. From there, every session is built around what moves the needle for you specifically.
You'll do strength work, movement skill work, conditioning, or a mix — whatever fits your goals. Sessions run 30 minutes or an hour, once or twice a week, booked at times that work for your schedule.
You leave knowing what you did, why you did it, and what comes next. No guessing if you're doing it right. No copy-pasted class workout. Just focused programming with a coach beside you the whole time.
