What to Expect in a Class
Most people walking in for the first time tell us the same thing: "You're right! Anyone CAN do it!"
Every class is guided by a coach from warm-up to cool-down. Nobody is left in the corner figuring it out alone.
Our classes run an hour. The coach explains the day's workout, walks you through the movements, and shows you how to scale each one to fit where you're at — whether that's brand new, coming back after time off, training around an injury, or already strong and looking for more.
You leave knowing exactly what you did, why you did it, and what you're working on next.

Keyfob Access
On top of coached classes, members can train any time the gym is empty — early mornings, late nights, weekends. $20 one-time fee for keyfob activation. Most members use both: classes for the coaching, open gym for the extra session or the week things get busy.
