Kids Classes

Designed with Kids in mind
Our kids classes focus on helping children move well, build confidence, and enjoy being active. Classes are coach-led and structured, with age-appropriate movements that develop coordination, strength, and body awareness in a safe and supportive environment. Kids get to try fun, challenging movements like box jumps, rope climbs, running, pull-ups, and rowing — all scaled so they can participate successfully.
Classes always finish with a game. This keeps movement fun, encourages teamwork, and helps kids leave feeling accomplished and excited to come back. Whether your child is brand new to activity or already loves to move, our goal is to help them feel capable, confident, and proud of what their body can do.
