There’s no macro counting and no restrictive diets. The focus is on simple habits that support better energy, consistency, and confidence around food. As a mom herself, Jade understands how challenging it can be to balance nutrition with real life and kids at home. The goal is progress that feels manageable and sustainable, not perfect.
